资源简介:
In this study, we investigated the effects of DCS and ACS on rat primary cortical neurons. Our goal was to probe the optimal stimulation parameters and underlying mechanism of ES on the primary cortical neurons. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups at same time points.
