Mapping Files Description: The three mapping files (RXN-GF) were generated independently for: BioCyc MetaCyc RXN-GF-EC: RXN_GF-ECbasedMapping.txt.xz Reaction IDs mapped to gene families using EC number-based propagation. Note: When a reaction is additionally associated with a UniProt accession (UP-AC) in BioCyc, the corresponding UP-AC-linked gene families are merged into the reaction-level assignment. RXN-GF-EC+Pfam: RXN_GF-ECplusExactPFAMsetbasedMapping.txt.xz Extends the EC-based mappings by adding reactions that could not be resolved through EC numbers alone.For these remaining reactions, gene families are assigned using exact Pfam domain set matching. Note: When a reaction is additionally associated with a UniProt accession (UP-AC) in BioCyc, the corresponding UP-AC-linked gene families are merged into the reaction-level assignment. RXN_GF-all.txt.xz Final comprehensive mapping file. Adds reactions that could not be assigned through: EC number mapping, or Exact Pfam set matching, but that contain a direct UniProt accession (UP-AC) association in BioCyc. Note: Files have been compressed using the following command: ```xz -k -9 -T 4 file.txt``` RXN_GF-proteinaccessionbasedMapping.txt.xz: Complementary mapping file containing reaction identifiers (RXNs) linked to UniProt accession numbers (UP-ACs) for reactions that could not be assigned a gene family (GF) through the EC number–based mapping strategy.
