By using our orthogonal parallel algorithm, we publish three datasets of global SLA-based Lagrangian coherent eddies from 1993 to 2019, including Lagrangian-averaged vorticity deviation (LAVD) dataset, the identification and trajectory datasets of Rotationally coherent Lagrangian vortices (RCLVs) in heterogeneous systems with a 90-day time interval. The LAVD dataset is stored in "Mat" format and the other two datasets are both stored in "Json" format, which provides eddy information (eddy type, boundary, area, core, trajectory, etc.) and other parameters in the global ocean. To prevent the files from being excessively large, our datasets are stored in the LAVD, Identification and Trajectory directories by quarters.
