Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Windwhistle Farm, Grassmoor, Derbyshire, September to October 2015

This collection consists of site images, reports and records from an archaeological evaluation on land at Windwhistle Farm, Grassmoor, Derbyshire ahead of the proposed residential development of the site. The archaeological intervention was conducted between September and October 2015 by AOC Archaeology Group. The only features that were identified were associated with former colliery activity on or close to the site, comprising ditches with fills containing mining waste and spreads of waste material.
