NRS-18514 | Bone files [Division of Forensic Medicine]

This series contains bone post mortem reports. The reports were recorded by the Division of Forensic Medicine which was established in November 1961 as a specialist Division within the Department of Public Health later becoming the Institute of Forensic Medicine.Located in envelopes the files are arranged by year and identified by file number. The envelopes contain a medical report and report of death to coroner (including patient details and circumstances of death if known) of bones submitted to the Division.
