This FAIRsharing record describes: The objective of this repository is to (a) provide a centralized resource of comprehensive data on HIV genetic sequences and immunological epitopes by compiling, annotating, and maintaining a relational database, and (b) develop HIV sequence and molecular immunology analysis methods and tools with searchable web interfaces to assist with design and development of vaccine and therapies.
