云南省普洱市-卫生-疾病谱分析数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品基于医疗诊疗记录，通过对特定时间、地区和人群中疾病发生频度、种类及变动情况的系统性研究，构建全市疾病谱数据分析模型，输出当地疾病分布、地区分布、年龄分布等情况，为医疗机构、医学研究机构提供数据支撑。

The data source of this medical data product is the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions across Pu'er City: 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers multiple types including medical record homepages, electronic medical records, examination and laboratory test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, medical insurance settlement and other related data. After undergoing standardized data governance and processing, a high-quality medical data product is finally formed. Leveraging medical diagnosis and treatment records, this product conducts systematic research on the frequency, categories and dynamic variations of disease incidences within specific time periods, regions and population groups. It constructs a city-wide disease spectrum data analysis model, and outputs results such as local disease distribution, regional distribution and age distribution, providing data support for medical institutions and medical research institutions.
