Lats1/2 depletion in male sertoli cells

In order to understand the role of Hippo pathway in mice testes, we inactivated lats1/2 in a transgenic mouse model using the cre recombinase system in Sertoli cells. RNAseq analysis on whole e15.5 testes were performed on male mice RNAseq gene expression profile for WT (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox) and KO mice adrenal glands (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre) (n=3/group)为探究Hippo通路在小鼠睾丸中的作用，我们在转基因小鼠模型的支持细胞（Sertoli cells）中，通过Cre重组酶系统（Cre recombinase system）敲除了Lats1/2基因。随后，我们针对雄性小鼠的全胚15.5天（e15.5）睾丸组织，以及基因型为Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox的野生型（WT）小鼠和基因型为Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre的敲除型（KO）小鼠的肾上腺组织，开展了RNA测序（RNAseq）基因表达谱分析，每组设置3个生物学重复（n=3/group）。
