海水流速对LNG船只的靠港作业及行驶安全有着重要的影响。LNG船只的需要提前预知LNG停泊码头的海水流速,对于如遇到海水急流时,船舶控制不当容易造成船舶压碰码头的事故的发生。系统会根据用户设置的预警值给用户报警提示,辅助船长做好安全管理。1、数据采集:首先通过安装在LNG接收站码头的监测点实时获取LNG接收站码头海水流速。2、数据计算:通过系统设计的预警值,对于该时段内海水流速进行计算,海水平均流速>51.44CM/s,则对靠泊船只发出预警;海水平均流速>77.16CM/s,同时对靠泊及离泊船只发出预警。3、数据展示:对当前海流数据进行,形成码头海流分布状态图。
Seawater flow velocity exerts a critical impact on the berthing operations and navigation safety of LNG carriers. LNG carriers need to obtain advance information about the seawater flow velocity at their berthing terminals. In cases of rapid seawater currents, improper ship maneuvering may lead to accidents such as ships colliding with or pressing against the wharf. The system will send alert notifications to users based on the preset warning thresholds, assisting captains in conducting safety management.
1. Data Collection: Real-time acquisition of seawater flow velocity at the LNG receiving terminal wharf is carried out via monitoring points installed at the terminal.
2. Data Calculation: Based on the warning thresholds designed in the system, the seawater flow velocity during the corresponding period is calculated. If the average seawater flow velocity exceeds 51.44 cm/s, an alert will be issued to berthed vessels; if the average velocity exceeds 77.16 cm/s, alerts will be issued to both berthed and departing vessels.
3. Data Visualization: The current seawater flow data is visualized to generate a wharf seawater current distribution map.
