This note presents an original conjecture by Abdullah Baran proposing that all known forms of relativistic dilation — kinematic (special relativity), gravitational (Schwarzschild), electromagnetic, and thermal — are special cases of a single energetic formula: γ_general = 1/√(1 - 2|E|/(mc²)) A complex energy framework E = ξ + i.U (active/passive decomposition) is introduced, yielding a primary complex definition γ_general= 1 + Δ E / (i.mc²).
