Funded by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), this database aims to integrate DNA marker and phenotypic data and provide breeders with integrated predictive analytics tools. Developed based on Breedbase, T3 has its source code available on GitHub and is linked to multiple relevant genomic databases.
