Effect of IL-8 and VEGFA on polarization of tumor-associated macrophages

We demonstrated in a previous study that IL-8 and VEGFA have a role in recruiting and polarizing macrophages. To fully confirm the specific mechanisms by which IL-8 and VEGFA secreted by pancreatic cancer cells affect macrophage polarization, we performed transcriptome sequencing on groups of macrophages after treatment of the co-culture system with anti-IL-8 and anti-VEGFA neutralizing antibodies. Overall design: The experiment was divided into four groups, one of which was the control group, another was the MMP28 overexpression co-culture group, and the remaining two groups were the anti-IL-8 and anti-VEGFA neutralizing antibody co-culture groups, respectively, which were added on the basis of MMP28 overexpression.
