The monitoring experiment of this data set began in the summer of 2018 and monitored for four consecutive quarters. The experimental animals in each quarter included nursery pigs (about 20kg), fatting pigs (about 70kg) and breeding sows in three growth stages. Fecal data included water content, organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and heavy metal contents (copper and zinc), while urine data included COD, ammonia nitrogen, Kjelner nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and pH.
