<i>High Accuracy Protein Identification: Fusion of Solid-State Nanopore Sensing and Machine Learning</i> (100 kHz)

This dataset contains raw ionic current recordings (.abf files) acquired using nanopore-based resistive pulse sensing (RPS) of four protein types: bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA), hemoglobin (Hb), and concanavalin A (conA).
