Neuro-2a cells were transfected with pFOXF1 for 42 hours then infected with herpes simple virus1 for 5 hours. Samples infected for 5 hours were sequenced by ChIP for binding DNAs of the FOXF1 in Neuro-2a cells. Input represents unenriched cell samples, and IP represents cell samples after FOXF1 enrichment. We explored the binding pattern of FOXF1 on the viral genome by comparing the differences between the post-IP samples and the Input samples.
