Broward Housing Development Locations

Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) was created by state legislature to assist in providing a range of affordable housing opportunities for residents of Florida. FHFC works with local governments, non-profits, elected officials and others to provide a multiple of programs to make housing affordable, such as housing credit (HC), state apartment incentive loan (SAIL), or multifamily mortgage revenue bonds (MMRB).
