ZMYM3 is required for KDM1A-mediated histone de-methylation in HCC cells

To investigate the relationship between KDM1A and ZMYM3, we conducted CUT&Tag-seq experiments to detect the KDM1A-mediated histone de-methylation in HCC cells with ZMYM3 downregulation. CUT&Tag-seq experiments for H3K4me1 were performed in three groups of 97H cells: Vector control + sh-control, KDM1A+sh-control, and KDM1A+sh-ZMYM3.
