Raw MFM movie of CCaMP in two clusters of sensory neurons in C. elegans imaged in a microfluidic chip with a 60x silicon oil NA=1.3 objective. Sensory stimulation (benzaldehyde odor) starts around frame 100 (t=30 s) and ends around frame 200 (t=60 s). Successive focal planes are separated by 2 microns and lateral FOV in each plane is around 40x40 microns.
