Endocasts and endocast dissections

This dataset includes stl files of endocasts and endocast partition volumes of all species in for the manuscript "Global elongation and high shape
flexibility as an evolutionary hypothesis of accommodating mammalian brains
into skulls", by Weisbecker et al., which has been accepted at Evolution (a preprint can be found on https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.12.06.410928v2). These were the original surface files used for for landmarking and volume partition determination. The endocasts in the folders are identical to the endocasts in the "ply files" folder.
