Comparison of transcriptome between control, NF-kB, Notch and NF-kB singly- and doubly-activated spleen marginal zone or precursor B cells, and transformed doubly-activated lymphoma cells Control, NF-kB-activated (Rosa-NIKΔT3flSTOP x CD19Cre), Notch-activated (Rosa-Notch2ICN x CD19Cre), and doubly-activated (Rosa-NIKΔT3flSTOP x Rosa-Notch2ICN x CD19Cre, TriB) mice were used for investigation of the impact of dual activation of NF-kB and Notch signaling on B cell development, transformation and plasticity. Marginal zone precursor B cells, marginal zone B cells and transformed lymphoma cells were sorted by FACS and used for RNAseq analysis.
