Differences in the Trade-off Response of Fine Root Functional Traits with Mycorrhizal Fungi in Populus tomentosa and Pinus tabuliformis under Different Land Use Types

1. Root morphological traits (root diameter, root surface area, root volume, specific root length, root tissue density), chemical traits (C and N concentrations, lignin, etc.) and anatomical traits (cortical thickness, stele diameter) were analyzed;2. The changes of colonization rate and mycorrhizal fungal community composition (glomus, paraglomus and other major functional groups) were analyzed;3.To clarify the response characteristics and trade-offs of fine root functional traits and mycorrhizal fungal community structure and function under different land use types.
