Data for "Soil carbon–water trade-offs during vegetation restoration on the Loess Plateau: a meta-analysis

This dataset contains the data used in the meta-analysis entitled “Soil carbon–water trade-offs during vegetation restoration on the Loess Plateau: a meta-analysis”. It includes observations of soil organic carbon (SOC) and soil moisture content (SMC), together with information on vegetation type, species, rehabilitation age, soil depth, climatic conditions, and soil properties. The dataset supports the analyses and results reported in the associated manuscript.
