Raw data derived from experiments cited in "Knockdown of cryptochrome 2 changes circadian clock gene expression and the evening activity peak in female-exposed males of Aedes aegypti"

File "LOCOMOTOR ACTIVITY.xlsx" refers to LAM25-generated data, after LOG-trasnsformation for analysis of average locomotor activity profile. Each sheet contains data for one of the analyzed groups. 5 Files "EXPn RNAI dsLacZ.xlsx" and "EXPn RNAI dscry2.xlsx " refer to raw expression data in each of seven consecutive days after silencing gene cryptochrome 2 (cry2) using RNAi method. LacZ was used as a control for knockdown confirmation. 19 Files "qPCR_EXPn RNAI gene" refer to raw expression data of different genes, after knockdown of cry2, in seven timepoints (ZTs). All data is shown in three technical replicates. Biological replicates are shown in different files and named by the numbered as EXP2, EXP3, EXP5 or EXP6. Gene rp49 was used as reference gene.
