Data and code used to generate the figures for the publication “Cooperative antibiotic response in coupled biofilm and planktonic E. faecalis communities.” Biofilm experimental data consists of centroid coordinates (in pixels) for resistant and sensitive bacteria across all slices of the z-stack. Planktonic experimental data consists of arrays indicating whether each pixel corresponds to an empty space, a sensitive bacteria, or a resistant bacteria.
