2013-2017年同济母婴健康队列孕妇分娩信息及新生儿信息数据

本数据集收集了2013年6月至2017年5月在湖北省妇幼保健院、武汉市中心医院和武汉市江岸区妇幼保健院初次产检并自愿知情加入同济母婴健康队列的孕妇的妊娠结局及新生儿信息。数据集共5627条记录，主要通过对收集、调查的现场资料规范化整理而成。字段项包括编码、分娩日期、分娩孕周、分娩方式、妊娠并发症、妊娠期糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、胆汁淤积症、贫血、先兆子痫、其他妊娠合并症、其他妊娠合并症名称、产前体重、产后体重、新生儿性别、新生儿体重、新生儿身长、妊娠结局。

This dataset collects pregnancy outcomes and neonatal information of pregnant women who underwent their first prenatal checkup and voluntarily enrolled in the Tongji Maternal and Infant Health Cohort with informed consent from June 2013 to May 2017 at Hubei Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Wuhan Central Hospital, and Wuhan Jiang'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital. It contains a total of 5627 records, which are mainly compiled through standardized organization of on-site collected and surveyed data. The included fields are as follows: code, delivery date, gestational weeks at delivery, delivery mode, pregnancy complications, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, anemia, preeclampsia, other pregnancy comorbidities, name of other pregnancy comorbidities, pre-delivery body weight, postpartum body weight, neonatal sex, neonatal birth weight, neonatal body length, and pregnancy outcomes.
