2-氯酚,是一种有机化合物,为无色至黄棕色液体,有不愉快的气味,易溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、氢氧化钠水溶液,主要用于医药、农药和染料及其他有机合成原料。分别分析不同层,可以全面了解土壤的质量、污染状况和环境特征,为土壤管理、项目建设和环境保护提供科学依据,有助于实现可持续农业和生态环境的保护与改善,为土壤样品分析评价提供事实依据,是判断土壤环境污染程度的重要指标。为历史情况相似地块提供数据参考。为监管部门提供依据。1、数据来源:按照土壤和沉积物 半挥发性有机物的测定 气相色谱-质谱法 HJ 834-2017对土壤进行土样采集检测。2、算法规则:按照如下公式进行计算:样品浓度=(样品查曲线值W-空白查曲线值)*定容体积V*稀释倍数D/取样量m/(干物质含量w/100)),公式中样品浓度单位为mg/kg;样品查曲线值及空白查曲线值单位为μg/mL;定容体积单位为mL;取样量单位为g,干物质含量单位为%。3、数据判定:根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若2-氯酚浓度数据≤250mg/kg,则判定土壤中该指标浓度达标,反之则超标。4、数据应用:通过分析土壤中2-氯酚的浓度,我们可以判断该土壤中2-氯酚的达标情况,避免因该指标浓度含量高引起土壤的污染问题,为监管提供依据。
2-Chlorophenol is an organic compound. It appears as a colorless to yellow-brown liquid with an unpleasant odor, readily soluble in water, and soluble in ethanol, diethyl ether and aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. It is mainly used as a raw material for pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes and other organic synthesis processes.
Analyzing different soil layers comprehensively can provide a holistic understanding of soil quality, pollution status and environmental characteristics, offering scientific support for soil management, project construction and environmental protection. This contributes to the realization of sustainable agriculture and the protection and improvement of the ecological environment, provides factual evidence for soil sample analysis and evaluation, and serves as a critical indicator for assessing the degree of soil environmental pollution. Additionally, it offers data references for plots with similar historical conditions and provides a basis for regulatory authorities.
1. Data Source: Soil samples were collected and tested in accordance with the Standard for the Determination of Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds in Soils and Sediments by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry HJ 834-2017.
2. Algorithm Rules: The calculation is performed using the following formula:
Sample Concentration = (Sample Curve Value W - Blank Curve Value) × Fixed Volume V × Dilution Factor D / Sampling Mass m / (Dry Matter Content w / 100)
Where: the unit of sample concentration is mg/kg; the units of sample curve value and blank curve value are μg/mL; the unit of fixed volume is mL; the unit of sampling mass is g; the unit of dry matter content is %.
3. Data Judgment: The judgment is made based on the Risk Screening Values for Land Use Type 1 specified in the Standard for Risk Control and Management of Soil Contamination in Construction Land (for Trial Implementation) (GB36600-2018). If the concentration of 2-chlorophenol is ≤ 250 mg/kg, the concentration of this indicator in the soil is judged to meet the standard; otherwise, it is considered to exceed the standard.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the concentration of 2-chlorophenol in soil, we can determine whether the concentration of 2-chlorophenol in the soil meets the standard, thereby preventing soil pollution caused by excessive concentration of this indicator, and providing support for regulatory work.
