Integrative analysis of risk factors for immune-related adverse events of checkpoint blockade therapy in cancer.

In this study, we aimed to investigate the risk factors associated with immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in immune checkpoint blockade treated cancer patients. To accomplish this objective, we collected a prospective cohort consisting of blood whole exome sequencing (WES) data from 608 individuals, as well as blood RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from 263 patients with both pre- and post-treatment samples matched. To further validate our findings, we generated an additional set of blood WES data from 169 participants.
