Transcriptomic analysis of fungus Penicillium oxalicum 114, laeA deletion strains and histone H2B point mutant strains

RNA-seq was used to compare the responses of laeA deletion strain and histone H2B point mutant strains . The wild-type strain were also studied. Examination of differential gene expressions by digital gene expression tag profiling in Penicillium oxalicum wild type strain and mutant strains. qRT–PCR validation was performed using SYBR Green assays.
