Human Adipose Tissue Microbiota in Obesity Study

Intestinal Premeability leaded to the translocation of the Gut microbiota or their metabolism production to other tissue for example: Adipose tissue. How do these Adipose tissue microbiome work with adipose and how dose influence the developpment of obesity is unknow. We predicted bacterial metabolic pathways associated with BMI and other metabolic parameters, thereby, proposing working hypotheses to explain the role played by intestinal microbiota dysbiosis and thereby, the corresponding adipose tissue microbiota on the development of obesity.
