Fifteen (15) elementary school teachers from inclusive classrooms across five Indonesian provinces — West Java, Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta, and South Kalimantan — participated in the study.Data were gathered through open-ended questionnaire responses and semi-structured interviews conducted online.The analysis used NVivo 14, following Braun & Clarke’s (2006) six-step thematic analysis approach: data familiarization, initial coding, theme identification, review, naming, and reporting.
