This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Tissue volume estimation and age prediction using rapid structural brain scans" by Harriet Hobday, James H. Cole, Ryan A. Stanyard, Richard E. Daws, Vincent Giampietro, Owen O'Daly, Robert Leech and František Váša (<i>bioRxiv</i> 2022).<br>This dataset contains two folders:<b>brainager_demog</b> contains demographic data and subject lists<br><b>brainager_processed</b> contains processed data for each participant<br>The names of folders within brainager_processed correspond to participant IDs. Each participant folder contains one or several of the following folders: <b>epimix</b> epimix T1-w scan<b>epimix_RT</b> epimix re-test data<b>t1</b> single-contrast T1-w scan<b>t1_epifov</b> single-contrast T1-w scan with reduced FoV<br><br>Each of these folders contains the following files:<b>[subject]_[scan]_tissue_volumes.csv </b>global volumes, as GM / WM / CSF<b>pred_brain_age.csv</b> predicted brain age, as prediction / lower CI / upper CI<b>brainager_runtime_sec.txt</b> brainageR processing time (in seconds)<b>smwc1[subject]_[scan].nii</b> voxelwise GM volume<b>smwc2[subject]_[scan].nii </b>voxelwise WM volume<br><b>smwc3[subject]_[scan].nii</b> voxelwise CSF volume<br><br>For further details, please see the accompanying GitHub repository: https://github.com/frantisekvasa/epimix_volume_brain_age
