Histone (Human) Sequences Compiled from DeepSEA

This dataset contains human histone sequences compiled using the DeepSEA framework (accessible at DeepSEA). The sequences are intended for use in DNA foundation model development and downstream genomic analysis. Each sequence includes associated metadata, such as genomic locations and histone modification marks, curated from DeepSEA outputs. This dataset is compatible with tasks like genomic classification, fine-tuning foundation models, and understanding sequence-level features.
