This is a curated dataset of the Human Diseases Unknowns Network (UnknownNet). It encompasses a collection of sentences that express unknowns (unknowns statements), identified through the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques from publications in health and biological sciences journals indexed in the Nature Index. Additionally, the dataset includes entities extracted from disease-related 'unknown' statements at the sentence level, all of which contribute to the construction of UnknownNet."<br>
