RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and Hi-C data of bmi1abc, cap-d2 and cap-d3 in Arabidopsis thaliana

For RNA-seq, total RNA was extracted using an E.Z.N.A. Plant RNA Kit (Omega, R6827-01) from 10-day-old seedlings under long-day conditions.Libraries were sequenced according to Novaseq 6000 guidelines (Illumina). For ChIP-seq, Two biologically independent DNA libraries were constructed using the Nugen DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs) and sequenced using a Hiseq-Xten PE150 platform. For Hi-C, libraries were sequenced using MGI DNBSEQ T7 platform by generating 2 × 150 bp paired-end reads.
