Materials for dissertation

This dataset contains various supplementary data that I used for my disseration. This mainly includes intermediate data from longer generation pipelines. In principle, this data can be recreated from publicly available data but linked data sources and also the software to generate the intermediate files might change in the future. This upload serves as an archive for this data and can also simplify the reproduction of downstream steps.
