Core Result (unchanged): Hidden state H drives bilateral Vf_Resid-a0_Resid coupling at r = 0.77 (LOO, p < 0.001, N = 55), replicated on N = 59 independent galaxies. 1D information ceiling: 88.5% inaccessible. Red team: 11/11 pass. DM-4 Result: shapeAmplitude (total non-axisymmetric power, m ≥ 2) captures H at r = 0.80, p = 0.028. Beats haloResponse (r = 0.27) by 3×. Physical meaning: the more non-circular the halo, the larger the BTFR/RAR residual coupling. DM-4V Verification (4 stress tests): V1 Binning: r range [0.61, 0.81] across 8 configurations. STABLE. V2 Normalization: raw 0.80, fractional 0.65, velocity-norm 0.82. ROBUST. V3 LOO+Bootstrap: 7/7 positive, 97.8% bootstrap positive, Kendall τ = 0.43. ROBUST. V4 Bar exclusion: r = 0.59 even excluding 30% inner region. ROBUST. Honest limitation: N = 7 is small; CI is wide [0.08, 0.99]; but direction is unambiguous (97.8% positive). Larger 2D samples (WALLABY, MeerKAT) will refine magnitude. Model Status: DEAD: CDM smooth, MOND, Fuzzy DM. No signal: SIDM, WDM. LEADING: CDM + non-axisymmetric halo shape.
