To identify the molecular mechanisms in developing the psoriasis skin tissue in K14-Angptl6 transgenic mice (Tg), we compared gene-expression profiling of ear between 20-week-old K14-Angptl6 Tg mice and their wild-type littermates by RNA sequencing. The sample libraries established from whole ear of K14-Angptl6 Tg and wild-type littermates at 20-week-old were prepared using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs). Sequencing runs were performed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx (Illumina).
