资源简介：
检测小鼠巨噬细胞在 IRElα敲除后转录组的变化;小鼠骨髓来源的巨噬细胞（Bone-marrow derived macrophages），体外受 Interleukin-4处理激活后，使用Trizol 方法从细胞中提取总RNA。由I1lumina NovaSeq 6000进行转录组测序。
