Effect of Nkx2.5 mutation on gene expression profiles of mouse embryonic stem cells undergoing cardiac differentiation.. Mus musculus

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Nkx2.5 mutation (R141C) on gene expression in mouse embryonic stem cells during their differentiation into cardiac progenitors. Overall design: Mouse embryonic stem cells (wild-type or heterozygous for the Nkx25-R141C mutation) were analyzed before or after their differentiation into cardiac progenitors. Two biological replicates of each sample were analyzed.
