This technical note develops a rigorous operator–informational framework for modeling individual identity, emotional patterns, and phenomenal experience. The universal informational substrate is formalized as a von Neumann algebra S=AS=A, with identity encoded by superselection sectors EE and an associated internal operator E^\hat{E}. Emotional patterns are defined as equivalence classes of informational states characterized by invariants such as entropy, correlation spectra, and informational geometry. Dynamics are governed by physically admissible generators (Hamiltonian or Lindbladian), ensuring complete positivity and trace preservation. A holographic projection map Π\Pi and unitary embodiment coupling provide the mechanism by which informational configurations are intercepted into lived experience. The framework yields falsifiable predictions, including invariant emotional categories, identity conservation, embodiment-dependent modulation, and sector-specific subjective variation. This establishes a mathematically coherent, physically compatible, and empirically testable model of consciousness.
