This study provides RNA-seq data from maize (Zea mays) inbred line B73 at the V6-V7 developmental stage. It compares gene expression profiles between wild-type (WT) plants and transgenic lines overexpressing the SDG102 gene. Biological triplicates were sequenced for each genotype (WT and OE), with paired-end libraries. Data enables investigation of SDG102-mediated regulatory mechanisms in maize vegetative development.
