CityOmics: derived data and frozen models for "Crime as a phenotype of urban tissue"
收藏资源简介:
Derived data for the article "Crime as a phenotype of urban tissue". The record holds only what the study produced: the composition of each census tract and district of São Paulo in 23 classes of cell, attributes of the 16 parcel types, the crime profile, daily rhythm and risk per pedestrian of each class, summary results of the atlas analyses and of the pre-specified confirmatory test, tables plotted in Figs. 2 and 5, benchmark scores and the forecasting models frozen before the 2026 records were opened. Input data published by Brazilian public bodies (police records, cadastre, business registry, census, mobility survey) are not copied here; the code repository lists the URL, access date and SHA-256 checksum of every input file. No per-tract crime risk, police-report number, address or event coordinate is included. See README.md inside the archive.
