The CA125 coding by MUC16 gene was well known as a biomarker for tumor. But the effect of this protein to hepatocellular carcinoma is still unknown. The MUC16 gene was konck-down with siRNA in the HepG2 and Huh7 cells and RNA-seq was implemented later in this work to study the mechanism of CA125 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
