Supplementary data and code for the paper "Development and Evaluation of a Classification Procedure for Branded Processed Foods Based on the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2020 (Eighth Revised Edition): A Study of 13,142 Products from Three Retailers and Fifteen Food Manufacturers" (submitted to the Journal of Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science). Includes the placement of all 13,142 products in the hierarchy of the composition table as judged by four large language models under a fixed instruction, the final placement and category, the instruction file, the judging and analysis scripts, the hierarchy tree, and supplementary tables S2–S6. Product names, legal names, JAN codes, URLs and business names are not disclosed.
