Dataset for "Serotonergic regulation of cortical neurovascular coupling and hemodynamics upon awakening from sleep in mice"

The dataset is linked to paper "Serotonergic regulation of cortical neurovascular coupling and hemodynamics upon awakening from sleep in mice" published in Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow & Metabolism in 2024.

The dataset to be uploaded is as follows:

1. 'Data. xlsx': This Excel file contains the CBF, CaMKII-GCamp, and GFAP-GCamp variables analyzed for the paper. 

2. 'Mat_data.zip': This Matlab data file contains the original data for CBF, CaMKII-GCamp, and GFAP-GCamp signals under the optogenetic serotonergic stimulation.
