Gene database of Pseudomonas lactis strain SS101

This work presents the gene database of <i>Pseudomonas lactis</i> that comprises gene name, gene function, and gene sequence of all genes in the genome of the microorganism. Using annotated genome data of <i>P. lactis </i>from Genbank and an in-house MATLAB genome analysis software, the gene database was built to provide foundational information for understanding the metabolism of the bacterium, with implications in human health and disease settings.
