The dataset used in this study consists of sequential clickstream data gathered from three leading Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop) covering a six-month period from January to June 2024. It contains 500,847 anonymized user sessions representing 6.5 million total events and approximately 35,000 cross-platform switching events. The data were collected using Python-based web scraping frameworks (Selenium, Beautiful Soup, Scrapy) under strict compliance with each platform’s terms of service. Each session records detailed behavioral features, including browsing patterns, product engagement, social commerce interactions, and transaction activities. All user identifiers were fully anonymized, and no personally identifiable information was stored, ensuring ethical and privacy-compliant analysis of digital consumer behavior.
