Supporting data for "DEVELOPMENT OF ANTIVIRAL AGENTS AGAINST SARS-CoV-2 PROTEASES"

This study aims to develop novel antivirals against SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease and main protease by high-throughput screening and in silico structure-based screening of large-scale compound libraries, respectively. Hit compounds were selected for further studies such as in vitro and in vivo antiviral potency and mechanistic investigations. This dataset includes the raw/processed data and figures of the abovementioned results.
