JMTV_rawdata_en.xlsx is our original dataset for jmtv distribution prediction. Tick.tif is an image of ticks collected in Guizhou Province, China. Jmtv-dec-segment1.tif is the gel electrophoresis image we used the primers of jmtv segment 1 to detect whether ticks carry jmtv. Jmtv-dec-segment2.tif is a gel electrophoresis image that we used the primers of jmtv segment 2 to verify the jmtv carrying ticks. The three zip files of BRT, RF and MaxEnt are the intermediate files to obtain the final map by modeling and prediction using three methods respectively.
