Coral images around Macondo, Gulf of Mexico, obtained on the E/VNautilus cruises NA057 and NA058, 2015-04-22 - 2015-05-11

This dataset contains images of corals obtained at six sites in the area around the Macondo well. The images were taken on the E/V Nautilus cruises NA057 and NA058, 2015-04-22 to 2015-05-11. Four sites were re-imaged (MC294, MC297, MC344, MC258), while the MC462 and AT357 were sampled for the first time. The dataset contains an image inventory as well as the JPG files themselves. Metabolomic data obtained on the cruise is available in R4.x268.185:0004 (doi: 10.7266/n7-n3hr-pz39), and coral images from 2016 and 2017, as well as analysis, are available in R4.x268.000:0131 (doi: 10.7266/8a2xrm9k).
